What you will receive

Everything you can count on when purchasing a training package. Excludes Drop-In sessions.

Customized Fitness Plan

A customized fitness plan which will set you up for success to meet your fitness goals.

Fitness Journal

A "Track Your Fitness" journal where we will track workouts, progress, body stats (BMI, weight, muscle to fat ratio, body fat percentage). I will take these measurements once a month. You can also track your own notes in the journal —how you feel mentally, physically, after each session. You will need to bring the journal with you to every session 😊

Weekly Workouts

Weekly workouts — some of which we will do together and some of which you will do on your own time. Each week, we will mutually go over what the plan for the week is (how many workouts, how many strength training days, how much cardio and exactly what the workouts will entail).

Training in Private State of the Art Home Gym

Training in a private state of the art home gym — free from distraction. If the weather is nice there are times I will take sessions outside, or to my local park if we are all feeling up to it ☀️

General Nutritional & Supplement Guidance

Macro coaching, daily calorie/protein needs, what to be cognizant of when eating, and optional grocery list guide. My goal is to set you up for success here when it comes to nourishing your body in your off time and creating balance, not restriction. I do not prescribe meal plans — but I will give plenty of meal ideas, as well as create a general plan for overall nutritional needs. I have a great nutritionist if we both feel more is needed in this area.

Form Checks

You'll learn the proper form and techniques to master exercise moves. Proper form leads to more productive exercises and greatly decreases the risk of injury.

Mental Health Check-Ins

I believe we cannot train and improve our bodies when our minds are not in balance. I do weekly mental health check-in's to make sure there is a feeling of emotional well being, self-awareness and equilibrium that is necessary to propel forward physically.
